Follow up: called and spoke to a manager. He was no help.

Not as rude as Taylor, the agent, but no help. The agent played me the recording of me ordering. The agent asked what day I would like my payments to come out. I requested the $44.99 be withdrawn on the 8th of each month.

The agent said that was not a problem. I called my bank. This company took money whenever they felt like it. First payment was supposed to be 3/8/17.

These are the dates they helped themselves to my money AFTER I cancelled.

3/23/17, 4/14/17, 5/10/17, 6/10/17, and 7/9/17. This ALONE is a break in our verbal contract and shady.

Reason of review: Problems with payment.
