National magazine exchange does nothing more than scam good people out of their money. I doubt they even have a reward, money prize sweepstakes.

Once they get their claws in u it's practically impossible to cancel your subscription. These people need to be made an example of so others learn they can't just take advantage of good human beings who actually work for a living.

Anyone interested in getting together and attempting to file a class action lawsuit against these jerk-offs please contact me at ive1life2live4@***.com. Thank u for your time and commitment to exposing these con-artists.

So is it a scam? Do we receive the mags we pay for? I really need to know because I am supposed to pay for my magazine subscription for one year tomorrow morning and I have tried to cancel my account or whatever you want to call it cancel subscription and I have been told repeatedly I cannot cancel my subscription which that has me pretty pissed and I call and they tell me that then they drop down my subscription payments to the smaller and smaller and then on top of that offered me the free gift of men or women watch or a bracelet for men or women but I need to know something before I pay these people anything please let me know what is my best way to go about this should I pay them anything I have already paid a $1.95 and I do not want to pay another $1 if I am not going to get these magazines and a free gift

Most employees have an arrest record of some sort. Jobs posted and people came for interviews but were offered other jobs.

People were offered jobs but were told to sit in a conference room all day because of lack of work. You had to keep track of your sales because they had computer glitches which effected your hours. You were frequently sent home early because of lack of work. If you were not selling, then you were sent home.

Favoritism toward the high sellers given the better markets in the robodialer. You weren't allowed to keep a copy of your time sheet. You had to sign it or not get paid. You weren't allowed to make a photo copy of it.

Pay check discrepancies were not followed up properly by payroll and many times you were given excuses to wait a week or two. Employees walked out.

This really is a terrible company i worked there to. They fired anyone who did not go all

out to rip off people but they also rip off thier employees if you dont hypnotize your customer with the script they take money from your check. So they make millions both ways.

If anyone says anything good about this company they are truly being paid to do it or they are heartless and no longer homeles because they made a packed with NME.

can you please be more pacific as in what you mean by ripping off the customers. I would really like to know before I pay for this subscription if I'm going to get what I am supposed to and what I was told on there because I have a feeling that if I pay this money and I don't get what I signed for in my subscription that I will never see my money again they will not return it if I don't get what I was promised and then there won't really be *** I can do about it.

so since you work there could you please tell me if I will get what I am supposed to get and please let me know what you mean by ripping off the customers because I just became one of and if it is a scam I need to know immediately so I can call and cancel my subscription and demand them to take my card off file. thank you in advance if you reply but please do reply

i WORKED FOR THIS company and when i said *** know to ripping off old people or any people for that matter they fired me. They teach employees to get those credit cards get those credit cards.

You get paid more money if you do/ a pay by check only gets you a $1.00 for that sell so you see they go for the juggular and if you dont do thier dirty work they fire you fast. Most of the people who work there are cut throats *** heads broke and busted prior felones you name it go see for your self.

My wife called to enter the sweepstakes and under pressure ordered magazines. They told her she would get free gifts for signing up, and that she could cancel anytime and get a refund.

We decided we didn't want the magazines and didn't care about the "free" gifts, so we called and canceled. The "cancellation" was surprisingly easy and didn't even require talking to a person. But it was phony. Not only did they fail to refund out money, but four weeks later they took another $33.54 out of our account, plus we've never seen a magazine and btw no "free gifts" either.

Just more requests for us to buy yet more things from them. So now we have paid $67.08 for absolutely nothing except the pleasure of having spent hours messing with it, and now we're going to have to go to our bank and dispute the charges. I'd mark the credit card lost or stolen and replace it, except that is another $5.00 fee due to brand new bank policy. So yeah, on a couple websites I've seen posts from alleged employees of NME going off about how *** and dishonest the customers are for trying to get free gift for nothing and how noble and upstanding the company is.

I'd like to find out what they've been smoking. -- Alan

I have to say that I called in for the Sweepstake thing I made an order for their magazines. I was not paying attention and ordered some mag's.

Well I called immediately thereafter whe I realized what I did. They canceled my order right away and put the money back in my bank account in 2 days. I have to say that was impressive and even though I will probably never order from them again (not a magazine kind of person) there prompt and friendly service was a very good experience. I also checked my online acct that I established and immediatley I saw that my order was canceled.

PS the companies abreviation is really weird. Say it fast enough and it sounds like 'enemy'.

Good luck with your class action law suit. You must be an *** to know that if you call a company and place an order and cancel they have options.

I once cancelled AOL. They had options...I said no after the options.

Your IQ is less than adverage. Nothing personal but your stupidity annoys me!

Were not a scam if you think so fine, good for you, you know your either a liar or just an *** who doesn't pay attention to whats going on when we offer you mags and ir say yes to everything again with out paying attention to knowing that your placing an order.....well then thats on you....however....warning!!! to our customers.

We carry all the major magazines. If you give your Credit Card to us...we will NOT CALL YOU to renew and ask for your credit card again.... there is a scam out there pretending to be us.

Customers have called in stating this to us and these people are stating random major magazines pretending to be us..DO NOT!! give your cc info if we call you to renew...we will not ask you for any previous card unless your willing to give it!!!

This company has been around and I've known about it for years, everyone I know has worked for this company and they are all good people, I have recently been laid off of my job about 6 mo. ago and started working working for NME, I already knew the deal before I started working there, It's like Publishers Clearing House.

Unless You have a subscription with our company no one "EVER" will call you. We will call you if you have a subscription however and if your not interested after we are able to go over different subscriptions with you then you and you still are not interested, we will not ever call again, unless you place another order. In reality you should ask yourself what kind of person are you to lie like that?

I'm not trying to cut you down but I'm being honest and your not. Also we are doing noting immoral or illegal.
