New ReviewerI just got a letter from NME saying that I had a returned payment from my bank and that I owe them 51.59 this is after I canceled my subscription a month or 2 ago and made my final payment while on the phone with a c.s.r. I later checked my account and noticed that the payment had infact cleared now this letter what are they doing trying to take money out of my account when I no longer owe them anything because i canceled the subscription and was told by the c.s.r. that I would no longer be billed for anything after my final payment which has already been made I only receive 130 dollars a month from the veterans administration and what little i get for child support because I was injured in the line of duty when in the military and am unable to work now because of that injury and I have a 4 year old little girl to raise and im in the process of trying to start my own business so that I can actually provide for my daughter and family better and these *** try and take money that does not belong to them and is not owed to them I wouldnt have a problem paying it if I actually owed it but since i know for a fact I do not it makes me wonder who else they are trying to steal from what exactly their excuse is for trying to take it being that my final payment did clear and I made sure of it.
Monetary Loss: $52.
Preferred solution: for them to stop trying to steal money from my account that is not owed to them or theirs why do they even still have access to my account.
